Contest Transfer - Format; documents to put forward suggestions for more productive uses of the energy & resources consumed by wasteful contests. (Many Uses)

As opposed to allowing energy to be drained in wasteful disputes (as is very common) If more people & organisations could agree to identify "worthy common contests" to transfer that energy into, the world could be a better, more progressive place.

Pushing hard for urgent process “from many in positions of authority” can often result in wasteful disputes. Some of those have been truly nasty & scandalous.
