"My biggest fear is that we won't be able to keep going with cancer surgery; that we will be overwhelmed with Covid admissions; with routine winter admissions and that we will have to stop routine cancer surgery.
"We do not want to be faced with having to ask or decide who is going to get their operation and who is not; who is going to get an ICU bed and who is not."

Frustrating Struggles
COVID-19 efforts - among the reasons why I’d like immediate acknowledgment of errors and misconduct, informal apologies and corrective steps from individuals and civil service organizations which are long overdue. Unnecessary highly destructive contests. Yet as repeatedly demonstrated civil service organizations in their current formats will waste opportunities, vast resources (and even lives) as opposed to quickly conceding errors. or misconduct - No matter what the costs! - Single points of contact and fast informal apologies are essential to aid efficiencies!!!
