Background on the need for Progress Tools

Some issues are just too urgent for delays or for having resources drained in unnecessary contests or bureaucracy.

(Lives actually will have been lost by the delays that inspired further development on these approaches)

Progress Requests - a Document or Mini Website format in which issues, evidence and suggestions on moving forward are presented.

Contest Transfer - a Document to put forward suggestions for more productive uses of the energy & resources consumed by wasteful contests.

Progress Logs - Tables to track and encourage progress, highlight (No Progress) or delays, Date/Time Stamped, Time-To-Progress.

AnonoComms - Anonymous Communication , an online form or shared document to provide informal communication channels reducing restrictions.

Shadow Groups - When made necessary, the formation of relevant parties into groups to investigate issues & push for progress on obstacles.

The aim is always to encourage "efficient internal progress" without having to share external access to these, however these can be shared if made necessary.

Background: A main goal in our years of ambitious work is to get to the point where we can reduce the vast guess work in cancer by introducing simpler & cheaper methods to use live samples of (Patient Specific Cells) to pre-test treatments on, speeding research and giving much better evidence as to which might be best matched to an individual patients. before proceeding. Today many cancer patient get one chance at a very expensive drug combination often with few good evidence based clues as to whether the benefits will outweigh the often severe side effects. (That's especially the case with the common Chemotherapeutic drugs)

Getting there involves building new approaches & tools to help overcome unnecessary obstacles fast, particularly urgent as my own mother is a patient, See Images here .

Working out new methods to make it simpler & cheaper to carry out more useful cancer tests may have taken years, but those frustrations were nothing when compared to the bureaucracy, human arrogance & ignorance when trying to make progress fast) achieving our ambitious aims will require help in building new more efficient ways to overcome resistance to change. From the very start unnecessary obstacles have been the most draining challenges by far.

Systemic Problems within many of today's Government Departments, Civil Service & Appointed Authorities.

Social monopolies - too often horrendously inefficient with almost absolute authority.

As with some industries with monopoly positions on services or products, so often, when dealing with government departments & civil servants, while some can be polite & helpful, others can be anything but. Unlike the competitively driven industries were good customer service is maintained/driven by active competition, government departments, civil servants & appointed entities with a social monopoly on authority often lack the practical strong competitive forces to drive customer service & efficiencies. Frustrations when "genuinely seeking progress" can lead to "unnecessary" wasteful personal contests between individuals. Someone seeking progress can quickly be passed to an equally inefficient complaints department. Wasting resources & opportunities for efficient solutions/progress.

2018 was a particularly tough year with wasteful contests, my own mother had a secondary local recurrence. May be adding examples of those ridiculous unnecessary contests which wasted valuable time.
